What You Will Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted architects to achieve annual goals.
Manage the opportunity process through effective CRM management and team communication.
Become Adviser to Architects on Allegion solutions for specification, Codes & Standards, Introduce new Allegion offerings to Architects to achieve project-specific needs.
Support architects as a business partner to maximize Allegion share through coordination, demand creation, and strategy sessions.
Ability to do presentations, lunch and learning secession, and lobby with decision-makers.
Maintain a strategic understanding of market conditions and be able to adapt to and maintain a competitive advantage.
Organize training sessions for the stakeholders for Allegion innovative solutions.
Develop relations with site architect once the Allegion specified project is at the site and introduce the commercial team and drive to win the project.
Communicate strategic project information with the commercial team in their relevant region to assist in the formation of a project strategy.
Collaborate closely with the local project sales team on specification projects and market meetings.
Responsible for developing a growth strategy with core/existing architectural firms, resulting in topline growth year on year.
Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of the competitive activity. Adapt to change in the marketplace.
Responsible for relationships with architecture firm’s project managers.
Provide technical specifications for the architectural community, including code compliance for new construction projects.
Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
What You Will Need to Succeed:

Good Knowledge in the specification field in the region.
Good relationship with architectural firms.
Strong presentation skills are a necessity
Ability to build strong trustable relationships with stakeholders.
Degree in architectural engineering and MBA would be preferred
DHI/GAI qualifications, preferably AHC, DHC, GAI.
6+ years of sales experience in the industry
Knowledge of the door hardware industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical mindset to provide strategic solutions for resolution.
Ability to travel within assigned territory (includes overnight travel when necessary)

What You Will Do:

Maintain and develop effective sales planning & forecasting processes to ensure agreed booking & sales targets are achieved monthly and quarterly.
Partner with and support Channel Partners, End Users, and Influencers to maximize Allegion Market share through demand creation and ensure complete customer satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty to Allegion products and services leading to increased revenue. Advise partners on product mix, applications, and promotions that meet their needs. Suggest possible new products and adaptations for product and/or system applications.
Support sales opportunities as a technical authority and conduct analysis for technical architecture issues in the customer’s environment and provide solutions to architects on product application requirements.
Follow up on all job quotes with distributors/channel partners to secure projects and ensure a favorable mix of Allegion products.
Support business partner initiatives to maximize sales results. Coordinate with business partners to create demand, develop/execute strategy, and successfully close orders. Participate in joint sales calls and training; attend local, regional, and/or national trade shows and association meetings.
Create a sales team to build a sweeping sales strategy to meet quotas, manage a team of sales professionals, and oversee the financial success of the department.
Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of the competitive activity. Adapt to change in the marketplace.
Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and communicating sales activities.

What You Will Do:

Determine the optimal marketing approach for primary decision-maker audiences in key target markets to maximize the impact for the budget, including but not limited to product marketing, trade shows, editorial, advertising, content marketing, training, and sales enablement tools, etc.
Develop/maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, market insights, customer issues, and competitive strategies to identify opportunities for focus audiences/markets (sales and business opportunities)
Work collaboratively with sales, product, and channel teams to determine goals, identify the target audience(s), then design and execute audience-specific strategies to create awareness and drive lead generation (establishing Allegion as a market leader and our people as experts in trends that matter)
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for each audience and why
Manage and execute the development and implementation of content processes, metrics, initiatives, and technology/solutions to support and optimize asset creation, performance, activation, and measurement
Manage digital experiences (e.g., websites and CRM activities); plan and execute all digital marketing activities and campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns to meet goals tied to lead generation and conversion, user engagement, A-B testing of campaigns, and other quantitative business goals.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Manage & Execute Co-Marketing Activities with Allegion’s Channel Partners.
Build and manage a lead generation mechanism to gain new leads to pass through to sales over time
Develop key metrics and measurement processes to report on business impact
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely to deliver a return on investment
What You Will Need to Succeed:

10 years of marketing experience with 5-8 years’ involvement in product marketing, designing, implementing, and managing digital properties, preferably in a mid-to-large size company that includes a B2B component.
Diploma/Bachelor’s in marketing and MBA degree would be preferred
Preferred candidate will have proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns, ideally with regional marketing experience.
Able to drive marketing department with minimum supervision.
Preferred candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Preferred candidate will be proficient with online marketing and social media strategy
Looking for strong leadership, project management, multitasking, communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, as well as an entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative thinker.
