What do we expect from you?

The first part of your journey will be to handle the PR strategy & Activation

You will define and propose the PR Plan based on the market’s needs (ex: cultural specificities, budget…), and adapt the International strategy for the region;

You will define and develop relevant regional PR strategy and calendar, in line with HQ strategy & guidelines

You will challenge and consolidate local PR / e-PR plans vs Competitive Activity

You will present reporting on PR activities (SOV, ROI, engagement rate, digital engaged traffic, followers…)

You will supervise monthly coverage review on pre and post campaigns.

The head of PR will be responsible for the press event, for that you will arbitrate & consolidate press events planning

You will define/challenge press events concepts (topics, timing, targets, budget) with Int’l, regional & local events teams and you will organize press events (logistics, realization…)

Also, you will handle 

the press releases (PR & e-PR)

You will ensure the development of specific contents for the region; Filter local requests;

You will review press releases, translations and communicate them (PR & e-PR)

You will develop/escalate on local needs for press content (ex: adaptation, new content, collaboration)

You will lead interviews with the local press community

Part of your responsibilities will be to handle the press community and so you will have to develop and engage the internal local PR team

You will follow up on local press community initiatives

You will build and nurture a network of influence in line with Maison’s values (key opinion leaders, talents, artists, chief editors, art gallery, charity…) and ensure permanent relationships & treatment

As a Head of PR, you will have to track the A&P Budget planning and monitoring for retail and wholesale markets.

You will also have to organize shootings for the local press & Inter’l needs and over and monitor selected photo/video shoots

What do we expect from you?

You will be the main point of contact for the regional markets to support the day-to-day client service activities and stock repair needs across regional platforms, boutique workshops, external workshops, and partners.

You will ensure the good execution and the quality of the interventions done by RCS and external workshops.

You will liaise and support complex complaints management between the Client Call Center and retail network and partner boutiques.

You will coordinate the follow-up of technical performance reporting by the Client Service Dashboard activities.

You will ensure the optimum quality of boutique stock at all times.

You will support the organization of boutique workshop openings and participate in various projects aiming at improving the overall client experience (such as CRM campaigns, pick-up, and delivery, and eCommerce.

MAIN PURPOSE

  • To ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of company payables
  • To propose improvements and innovations that increase process efficiency
  • To coordinate with Brand/Department, Supplier, GL Team and Treasury for payment related concerns
  • To support GL team in the month-end closing, TB schedule analysis and any related ad-hoc tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable

  • Manage in a timely manner the reception, scanning, compliance validation and accurate booking of supplier invoices in line with VAT and Company requirements
  • Validate and check the business expenses and petty cash as per company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate, book and allocate CAPEX items in a timely manner
  • Raise a flag on any identified risk or deviation from any company policies and procedures
  • Track invoice status and progress (processed, with exception and/or rejected)
  • Respond to any queries from Brand/Department, Supplier and within the Accounting team as and when required
  • Provide training and assistance to staff on Concur and SAP AP processes
  • Validate and check the weekly payment run
  • Other AP ad-hoc tasks

General Ledger

  • Support the ad-hoc and monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Support the prepayment amortization
  • Provide list of invoices and PO for accrual
  • Participate in the Balance Sheet review
  • Follow-up on supplier advances and post-dated cheque invoice clearing
  • Ensure proper CAPEX closing and reporting (AUC activation, depreciation run, asset posting, etc..)
  • Facilitate Fixed Asset reconciliation and count as per company policies and procedures
  • Other GL ad-hoc tasks

Audit

  • Assist internal and external auditors, implement recommendations (if any), and take corrective action/s when required

Note

In compliance with Segregation of Duties principle, some of the tasks enumerated above should not be performed altogether by a single person.

JOB PROFILE

Education

B.Com/ Finance Graduate, professional accounting qualification would be an advantage

Experience

At least 8 years of experience, exposure in luxury goods industry would be an advantage

Technical skills / abilities

  • Solid accounting background and skills
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting system – especially SAP
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards / IFRS
  • Good computer skills
