The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Nokia. The Executive Assistant is responsible for personal assistance to C-level, which includes proper care taking of calendar and time management. Seeks, updates and provides information, screens incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizes and responds as appropriate. Organizes meetings, meeting facilities and takes care of the follow-up activities (e.g. distributes meeting minutes and presentation materials).

Further the Executive Assistant plans and arranges (complex) travel itineraries, schedules and processes expenses
Checks and may approve cost center/function invoices. Gives support in producing presentation materials
Arranges various external and internal events. Informs other team/department members about mutual matters
Uses experience and looks for ways to develop and improve quality in processes, methods etc. where appropriate
Seeks, updates and provides information through different channels, networking with other executive offices and coordinating high level meetings with customers and stakeholders
Additionally interacts and coordinates with members of leadership team and BG management team
Responsible for researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, etc
Arranging business critical internal/external events

Your skills and experience

Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality
Fluent in English/Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
Ability to create various forms of communication
Excellent skills in planning and organizing and feeling comfortable dealing with complex calendars over multiple time zones
Can prioritize workload in a complex and fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to details and quality

You have:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, time management, and problem solving skills
•​​​​​​​ Familiarity with Office 365 tools, MS Teams, Concur, SRM, and Taleo
•​​​​​​​ This job typically requires a degree (AA, AS, BA, BS) in business or equivalent demonstrated experience.
•​​​​​​​ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing critical tasks and following-up on less critical tasks later.
•​​​​​​​ Able to works independently, as well as a team player and is highly organized
•​​​​​​​ Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion

It would be nice if you also had:

What you will learn and contribute to

The Automation Sales Engineer partners with the sales and pre-sales team to drive the automation solution offering for her/his assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

Definition of the automation strategy for the assigned accounts and communication to the various supporting teams.
Driving the automation offers Lifecyle:
Identification of customer needs and pain points
Promotion of Nokia Automation solutions
Elaborating business cases to prove the Capex and Opex benefits of the proposed solution
Responding with attractive proposal to customers RFx
Negotiating contracts from technical and commercial perspective
Handing over all the project information and commitment to the execution team once the project has been contracted
Tracking the feature requests to rPLM/PLM organization.
Elaborating competitive analysis.
Leading win/loss analysis and continually updating the Execution team and CE/CD teams on the upcoming opportunities to anticipate the need for their support.

Your skills and experience

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Data/Computer Networking Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 2 years of experience in similar role.
Knowledgeable on Virtualization, SDN & NFV concepts and related technologies.
It would be also nice if you had:

Knowledgeable on scripting and programming languages and techniques as well as on Network Management Systems, networking concepts and related technologies.
Nokia SRA, Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE or equivalent Certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Ability to travel overseas in short notice.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
