Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance

The Director of (IEQA) unit plays a major role in assuring that the College is adhering to high standards in all its operations.

Reports to: President

Duties and Responsibilities:

Make sure that the community of the College is maintaining high standards of ethics
Supervise all reviews and reports obtained by his/her staff or sent by different units to evaluate the degree of achieving the required quality
Fulfill the requirements from the CAA and Ministry of Education
Ensure that all units of MCM are continuously improving quality
Helping IEQA staff to achieve excellence
Help MCM win international prestigious awards in quality of education
Develop further the Philosophy of Quality for MCM
Develop further systems, policies, and procedures for MCM
Assess the quality of programs and services provided by the College
Assess and evaluate the performance of the staff and the faculty members

Qualifications:

An earned an internationally recognized doctoral degree
Five (5) years of teaching experience in higher education, or a combination of five years of experience in teaching and other employment-related to the field
Experience in managing academic quality assurance processes including reviews for institutional and/or program accreditation
Specialization is open; a specialization in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or Digital Business would be an advantage
Previous experience in the GCC is an advantage.
Must be of good conduct
