Assistant Manager Data Analyst CIB – (GRP-33681)
Unit Purpose:

The primary purpose of this unit is to develop a customer-centric approach, enhancing revenue from existing or NTB customers on an ongoing basis through cross-selling, lead generation, campaign management, trigger-based events, retention initiatives and Customer Life Cycle Management Campaigns. This Unit also analyzes customers’ data and based on propensity models and analytics exports lists to target customer for specific products and Outbound Campaigns

Job Purpose :

This role will be responsible for data analysis, profiling, and modeling activity to increase understanding of the propensity of a customer responding to different treatments and messages, throughout the customer journey (acquisition, cross-sell, manage, retention, etc.)

Drive Optimization of Cross-Sell management process through the development of Sales Propensity & Predictive models that would enhance revenues; Empowering the Bank to introduce accurate, sophisticated, and personalized campaigns which target customers’ based on their needs, behaviors, market and profile.

Manage and expand business analytics design framework to support overall analytical transformation journey

Responsibilities:

Driving and developing transparency through new accurate and insightful report building
Ensuring development of value-adding reports through close collaboration with stakeholders
Supporting ongoing reporting requirements
Drive and support projects related to data and data management
Performing ad-hoc analyses
Preparing PowerPoint presentation for senior management emphasizing on business strategy and performance
Collaborate with key stake holders (such as Products ,segments, Channels) giving insights on the appropriate use of analysis, reports (and models/models scores) so that they understand and use the output effectively, so further customer targeting opportunities can be identified.
Develop and test models in key account planning in order to drive increased conversion and ultimately achieve increased customer value
Monitor propensity model performance; identify opportunities to continually optimize the targeting and commercial performance of products
Review and monitor compliance to the internal control systems that are in-line with Bank’s policies and procedures.
Create a vision for execution journey framework for content development, visualization standards and user specific journey
Establish Business Performance and control Metrics, KPIs, benchmarks for financial and non-financial measures to optimize business decisions
Work with BI team to build business performance dashboards/ Alerts across relationship, portfolio, product, compliance and ops team
Create data integration touch points with operating systems and channels to deliver better client and user experience
Qualifications

Candidates with Statistics / Engineering / Economics education background would be preferred.
Candidate should be well versed with Corporate Banking Product suite
Candidate should have knowledge on Islamic Banking Products & features
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Decision Engineering, Database Analytics or related discipline required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Must have at least 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years of banking experience in analytics on the corporate product side.
Candidate should have significant hands-on experience on SAS EG & EM and should be highly efficient in Base SAS coding and Macros.
Should be upskilled in data integrations between data warehouses, marts, financial systems, and operational systems using a combination of ETL tools, reporting tools and data interfaces.
Candidates should have excellent Communication and Presentation skills. Candidate will be expected to work on high impact presentations for business stakeholders highlighting key insights: risks, opportunities, key indicators, etc.

Assistant Manager Governance – (GRP-32524)
Department Description:

WB Governance is overall responsible for overseeing a strong governance framework within the WB business It plays an active role in implementing and ensuring its alignment with the banks strategic regulatory and control practices defined primarily by compliance operational risk and audit.

WB Governance has also been identified as the designated unit for review of certain high risk related activities as an independent unit for WB business. As such HRA Approval Unit is being formed within the WB Governance and BDM. This unit is primarily responsible for review of high-risk cases and or customer name screening hit referrals referred by business units within WB during onboarding of a new existing customer.

WB customer onboarding activities related account opening and maintenance for WB are managed by unit. Moreover, annual CDD and PEP and other reviews are also performed. Trigger alerts and regulatory requirements are being centrally managed by the unit.

Brief Description:

Prioritize onboarding cases
High Risk Account Analysis and Enhance Due Diligence reviews
Exceptional experience throughout the onboarding and CDD journey
Ensure quality/ standards are being met across the end-to-end review process
Oversee the completion of onboarding cases in an efficient and timely manner and in line with productivity goals
Identify inaccuracies or defects that might emerge during the onboarding process and work with the stakeholder to explain steps required to solve these issues
Maintain an in depth understanding and comprehension of the various compliance policies related to client onboarding and thus act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders across EI
