In your role, you will:

Assume the role of the Bombardier Business Aircraft ambassador & focal in all facets of the aircraft operation with the Customer. Take on ownership of issues or potential issues and ensure the resolution reached is to the satisfaction of the customer.
Interact with and provide support to all levels of the Customers organization and preferred service facility, including but not limited to Owners, CEO/COO’s, VPs, Directors, Aviation advisors, Crew, PA’s, and various levels of related operational staff.
Promote Bombardier’s customer centered culture to the Customer emphasizing adherence to the Customer Credo.
Provide assistance and liaison services to completion centers and service facilities to ensure Bombardier’s interests are represented during the check-in of a newly delivered aircraft, during outfitting, modification, maintenance and redelivery to the customer.
Assist customers and Bombardier in the determination and processing of warranty claims on green aircraft, completion and vendor warrantable issues as applicable.
Provide informal on-site training as necessary to customers, related service organizations, completion centers to promote the highest level of safety and efficiency in maintenance and operational practices.
Provide factual, concise, and value added reports to both the Customer and Bombardier internal departments on an as required basis.
Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist any and all customer issues as required.
Set priorities and effectively escalate concerns within the Customers organization and within Bombardier.
Provide Bombardier Senior Management with timely updates on the Customers key operational and maintenance concerns and issues, as well as potential solutions for same.
Keep current on all technical aspects of aircraft supported including available modifications, manual revisions, service bulletins, and best operational practices.
Promote the services of both the Bombardier Mobile Response Team and Bombardier Service Centers to operators as needs arise.
Assist customers in preparation for delivery of new aircraft incl.; Survey customer’s / operators facilities & recommend and promote the sale of spare parts and tooling and support equipment, complete a Training Needs Analysis and provide guidance on Bombardier OEM and Vendor training opportunities.
Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
You have a college diploma in Aviation Maintenance, or equivalent and a suitably endorsed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License or equivalent.
You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of aviation experience in the maintenance, modification and repair of jet aircraft or 3 years as a FSR covering multiple platforms.
You have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) at all levels, with tact and diplomacy; multi language skills are an asset.
You are a strong individual contributor, working well in a team-based dynamic and global environment.
You have strong computer skills and are able to adapt to and operate in the software environment in use at the operator.
As a remote member of a virtual, global team you must possess general management skills such as budgeting, time management, goal setting, and organization and performance management.
You must have excellent people skills such as active listening and conflict management, as well as meeting facilitation and the ability to coordinate and schedule.
You must be a customer centric individual and focused on continuous improvement and opportunities.

Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements.

Through direct contact with Business Aircraft owners & operators, actively & strategically market, negotiate, and sell the following after-market services to meet or exceed assigned goals:

After-market maintenance and modifications for the worldwide BAS Service Center network.

Spare parts – to include initial provisioning, customer stock, and ground support equipment.

Component repair and overhaul (CR&O) services and component rentals

Smart Services and other Program offerings.

Promote and sell new products and service offerings as introduced by Bombardier and our Partners.

Continuously promote and sell the value of the OEM.

Maintain accurate knowledge of competitor offerings and market requirements.

Routinely visit customers to build and maintain profitable long-term relationships with new and existing operators. Provide support for their parts, and services needs with a goal of increased market share.

Develop tailored sales strategies to attract new customers and increase sales capture for Bombardier’s existing customer base by:

Profiling to understand customer operational needs.

Consulting with Aircraft owners & operators to define parts and service needs and present competitive, accurate and timely proposals
Lead commercial negotiations with customers and internal departments regarding pricing, downtime, incentives, and customer part provisioning.
Participate in Bombardier events and industry trade shows, as required.
Actively maintain sales pipeline and complete required reporting activity within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, or other systems as required.

Within the established guidelines, manage non-labor expense budget and ensure expense reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
You have typically, seven (7) years’ experience in aviation and / or aircraft maintenance operations.

You have product knowledge of business aircraft maintenance operations and maintenance programs (warranty programs, PBH programs, CAMP etc.).

You have AME License or relevant technical experience for the role.

You have working knowledge of aircraft service industry and what drives business success.

You have customer Service background / experience with superb customer orientation.

You have leadership skills necessary to engage teams to impact and influence results.

You have the skills necessary to confront sales obstacles in an objective, professional manner.

You have strong communications experience in both verbal and written form. Must be able to speak, read and write the language of the region.

Aircraft Mechanic

In your role, you will:

Adhere to Bombardiers MOP, among which the relevant parts of the MOE and applicable work instructions.
Comply with Environmental / Health / Safety policies and procedures.
Participate in 5-S activities.
Perform all work in a safe and timely manner.
Perform and document work carried out per appropriate and approved maintenance data (e.g. Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, AD, SB…).
Identify defective aircraft components with the Material Return Form.
Order parts in SAP
Carry out aircraft maintenance tasks to the standard specified in the Approved Maintenance Data under supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff, and to notify supervisor of defects/discrepancies, mistakes or maintenance errors requiring rectification to re-establish required maintenance standards.
Properly process removed, uninstalled and rejected parts.
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and ensuring that all applicable airworthiness and regulatory requirements are complied with under the supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff.
Use standard tools, power tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot systems, repair and/or replace parts. Operate ground support equipment.
Interpreting and working with engineering drawings and provide accurate reports to Bombardier engineering when required.fectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual task and / or aircraft status as well as being able to read, write and communicate to an understandable level in the English language.
Using information systems such as (computer skills).
Ensuring that all incomplete tasks are handed over at the end of each shift in accordance with the approved procedures.
Report hazards, incidents and occurrences through the delegated reporting process and to the supervisor in a timely manner to ensure safety, security and quality of product is assured.
Ensuring good housekeeping practices
Perform other duties within his capability as required.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,

You have completed an accredited aircraft maintenance degree and hold a basic GCAA and/or EASA B1 license (no limitations).
You have working knowledge of Part-M, Part-145 and any other relevant regulations
You have up to date understanding of the requirements of Part-66
You have a minimum of 5+ years of line and/or base maintenance experience on Bombardier Business Aircraft
You have knowledge on EWIS, CDCCL, SMS and FTS
You have knowledge on, and practicing of, human factors, human performance and limitations
You have a driver’s license (Manual transmission approvals)
You can effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form on individual task status
You can use standard tools, special tools and to operate ground support equipment
You can work in accordance with the maintenance data and to notify the function responsible of defects or mistakes requiring rectification to re-establish required maintenance standards
