This position is based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE and will report directly to the Commerical Manager, UAE and is responsible to achieve agreed sales, MS, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.

Your Responsibilities will be :

To meet or exceed sales average (Sales Growth/market share gain) within agreed timescales.
To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through F2F and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
To promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies.
Assuring 100% Availability of Acino Products & Ensuring Excellence in Execution of Primary and Secondary Visibility in assigned Outlets.
To assist in coaching of sales team including ongoing counseling through regular field visits.
To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Acino priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
Effective administration of territory business including, maintenance of high quality record systems, check market segmentation, use of the handheld, and timely processing of territory business expenses (AV and personal).
Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams, coordinate cycles visits with co-detailing colleagues, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory achievements.
Lead analysis for reporting and other cross-functional requirements.
Your Profile :

Pharmacy Degree (ideally) OR Bachelor Degree (MBA or equivalent preferred) with good medical / scientific knowledge
4-5 years in Sales (multinationals FMCG and/or Pharma).
Have multi-cultural experience working in countrywide operations.
Preferably with Trade management experience(Managing Retails Chains & Group of Pharmacies).
Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and influencing ability. High degree of customer focus.
Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)

We have positions based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE respectively and will report directly to the First Line Manager (FLM). This role is a key link between the company and the healthcare professionals to promote ACINO products and to achieve the agreed sales, MS, productivity and performance targets within a given territory. Build productive scientific-based HCP relationships taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare needs.

Your Responsibilities will be :

Maximize sales (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (quantity & Quality) through face to face meetings and detailing the assigned Doctors and Pharmacists and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
To promote defined Acino products according to campaign briefs and policies and appropriate use of Brand visuals (Detail aid, Brand Reminder, Medical Reference), in face to face meeting and detailing the assigned doctors and pharmacists and in line with campaign brief and policies approved by FLM and Marketing team.
Periodical visits to HCP’s in hospitals, medical centers to establish a strong scientific-based relationship and position Acino as the Company of choice for the HCPs.
Ensure all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies.
To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of ACINO products, technical information, strategy, positioning, key messages and marketing program.
Identity business opportunities within the respective area and evaluate learning’s to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the real potential.
Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these in order to help protect our market position.
Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that were faced, and to appraise the activities versus the monthly KPIs.
Collecting intelligence on the HCP Universe, e.g. identifying new contacts.
Monitor all competitor activities, medical conferences, and round tables and reporting them to management.
Build strong relationships to targeted HCPs and mapping the decision-making within your respective territories
Strict professional handling of Samples and maintaining the appropriate storage condition from receiving till handling to customer.
Effective execution of AVA Local/International conferences and meetings with Health Care professional in line with campaign brief and policies in line with the AVA plan.
Execute any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Your Profile :

Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred) with good medical / scientific knowledge.
2+ years experience within the Pharmaceutical sales in the private sector.
Must have multi-cultural experience working in countrywide operations. Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the General Manager, GEM and is responsible to achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets for assigned area and / or accounts through leadership, management, direction and coaching of the sales team (Medical Representatives).

Your Responsibilities will be :

Meet or exceed sales, market share and market growth targets within agreed budgets and timescales through effective leadership of sales team.
Find, communicate and develop business cases to capture opportunities beyond annual targets. Identify risks and come forward with mitigation plans.
Plan, control & achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face-to-face and digital interactions. Execute customer centric activities with relevant health care professionals within operating budgets.
Ensure timely and effective team reporting through Territory Management Reporting Systems in line of the guidelines approved by UAE National Sales Manager and Sales Force Effectiveness.
Manage operating expenses within agreed budgets through effective monitoring and reporting systems. Ensure that expenditure does not exceed agreed budgets.
Ensure effective team development and constant improvement; perform regular field visits in line with goals established by the UAE National Sales Manager and Sales Force Effectiveness. In-field coaching and development of the Medical Representative time is a major component of the role.
Responsible for recruitment, performance development and retention of representatives managed through clear processes, developed and supported by Human Resources and Sales Training.
Ensure Medical Representatives have outstanding knowledge and understanding of Acino products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
Regularly engage in leadership communications to ensure the focus, direction and motivation of the sales team.
Coordinate and provide customer insights to the marketing team in planning, execution and achieving the assigned market share and Annual Brand Plan in line with brand plans approved by National Sales Manager and Head of Marketing.
Work with the Logistics and Supply Manager to monitor the distributor’s stock levels of Acino items in line with policies approved by National Sales Manager and Finance Manager.
Comply with all internal Acino policies.
Your Profile :

Bachelor Degree (ideally) OR Bachelor Degree (MBA or equivalent preferred) with good medical / scientific knowledge
Proven, successful selling track record (Primary and Secondary Care)·
5- 10 years’ experience in Pharma environment.
2-4 years’ experience as First Line Sales Manager. Ability to manage teams with Coaching experience.
Marketing product management experience is a plus.
Strong preference for experience in managing the territory of UAE especially Dubai and Northern Emirates
